Mt 6:9-13

OUR FATHER- (RELATIONSHIP)

• Thank you Lord for being my heavenly Father. You knew me before I was even in my mother’s womb. You love me as your child. You know me better than anyone else.

• As a good father you love me with a love like no other, you care about every detail of my life because I am your child.

• As a good Father you provide for me, protect me, and have great plans for me.

• Matthew 7:11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

• Luke 15:18-20- The prodigal son and his father

HALLOWED BE THY NAME- (PRAISE)

• Once I acknowledge my heavenly Father and who He is I begin to praise him.

• Psalm 100:4 - Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

• Hebrews 13:15 - By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

• Psalm 34:3 - O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together.

THY KINGDOM COME, THY WILL BE DONE IN EARTH, AS IT IS IN HEAVEN. (PRIORITIES)

• Lord you are the King of all Kings, I declare you as the King of my life and King of my world.

• Not my will but thine be done. Lord, let your Kingdom be my greatest priority.

• Matthew 6:33 - But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. (Help me to put You first Lord)

• As John the Baptist we declare... He must increase, I must decrease.

• Lord let your will be accomplished in my life today. Let your plans become my plans. Let me be submitted to your leading and guidance.

• Romans 8:5 - For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. Lord, let me walk after the Spirit today!

GIVE US THIS DAY OUR DAILY BREAD- (PROVISION)

• Lord, I understand you are Jehovah Jireh. The God who provides.

• I understand you feed the sparrows and the ravens, you care far more about me because I am made in your image.

• So I trust you today for my provision. Anything that I have it is only by your permission and because of your blessing.

• I thank you for the provision of food, clothing, shelter. Material and financial provision.

• James 1:17 - Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

• Matthew 4:4 - But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

• I ask also for spiritual provision. Let the manna of your Word speak into my life today. Let me gather that sustaining spiritual manna THIS day.

AND FORGIVE US OUR DEBTS - (REPENTANCE)

• Lord, I acknowledge my sinfulness and my need of forgiveness every day. Please forgive me of all sin and iniquity against you.

• 1 John 1:9 - if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

• 1 John 2:1 - And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:

• Psalm 139:23-24 - Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

• Psalm 51:2 - Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.

AS WE FORGIVE OUR DEBTORS- (PEOPLE)

• Lord, Let me not hold a grudge over anything or anybody. Lord, I release all guilt and evil against me. Remove any root of bitterness in my heart or spirit.

• As you have forgiven me, I ask you to help me forgive all others. Fill my life with your mercy and grace.

• Matthew 6:15 - But if you do not forgive others, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions.

• Colossians 3:13 - Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.

AND LEAD US NOT INTO TEMPTATION, BUT DELIVER US FROM EVIL (PROTECTION)

• Lord Jesus, lead me in the path of righteousness. Let my life please you and honor you in every way. Keep me from every evil and wicked way.

• Psalm 19:14 - Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.

• Philippians 4:8 - Lord touch my mind. Let me think on that which is true, honest, just, pure, lovely, of a good report.

• Psalm 101:3 - I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes:

• Psalm 119:11 - Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

• 1 Corinthians 10:13 - There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

• Proverbs 3:5-7 - Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil

DELIVER ME FROM EVIL- (PROTECTION)

• I pray a hedge of spiritual and physical protection around myself and my family. I rebuke every attack of the enemy and pray for your deliverance Lord.

• 1 PETER 5:8 - Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

• 1 John 4:4 - greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

• Isaiah 54:17 - No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith them Lord.

• Micah 7:8 - Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light unto me.

• Psalm 91:1-2 - He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

FOR THINE IS THE KINGDOM, AND THE POWER, AND THE GLORY, FOR EVER. AMEN. (PRAISE)

• My life is yours. I commit myself to your Kingdom and your care.

• You have all of the power to keep me and bless my life.

• You deserve all of the glory! Forever all glory belongs to you!

Pray Blessings and Gratitude over Your Pastor

Numbers 6:24-26 - The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.

Pray for God to Protect Your Pastor and Family

Job 1:10 - Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? Thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.

Pray for the Courage and Strength of Your Pastor

Joshua 1:9 - Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

Pray that Your Pastor Clearly Sees God’s Direction

Proverbs 3:5-6 - Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

Pray for Your Pastor to Be Renewed with Energy

Galatians 6:9 - And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

Pray for Your Pastor’s Focus to Increase

Matthew 6:33 - But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.

Pray for the Blessing of Wisdom to Increase

James 1:5-6 - If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind.

Pray that Love Will Surround and Encourage Your Pastor

John 13:34-35 - A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.
